About us

What We Do

We primarily provide professional, objective and structured divorce and separation mediation services virtually or in person.

Our Mediators assist parties to resolve disputes by providing a safe and collaborative environment that encourages resolution through a structured process as follows.

1. A private and confidential individual meeting with each participant.
2. A Joint session with both clients to determine the issues to be discussed in mediation.
3. A disclosure process whereby the clients obtain values of the assets and debts relevant to their divorce/separation (if applicable).
4 The mediation itself whereby the clients negotiate and reach agreements.
5. Your mediator will draft a formal Memorandum of Understanding and give a copy to each client.

We are based out of Campbell River, B.C., but can provide services virtually to anyone, anywhere in British Columbia.
